Boost your career prospects and gain more job satisfaction
What do we do?
We help to enhance your employment potential by developing work-related courses to advance your career progression.
There are many different academic and vocational qualifications that allow entry onto Higher Education (HE) courses. Even if you don’t have these you should not dismiss the opportunity to study at degree level.
A lack of qualifications will not prevent you from entering HE. Your work experience can count towards your degree. Higher Education Institutions refer to this as Accreditation of Prior (Experiential) Learning – AP(E)L.
How will it help you?
Achieving higher level work-related qualifications will help you to:
- Boost your career prospects
- Increase job satisfaction
- Raise your profile
- Realise your aspirations
- Increase your earning potential
- Change career direction
- Improve your CV.
Will it work?
Yes! Driving change for yourself and your organisation is a crucial factor for successful career progression and one that is recognised by employers. Increasing your self-awareness, knowledge and skills will help you choose the right opportunities to shape your future.
What makes us different to other initiatives?
Our aim is to enable you to access HE through flexible learning modes that fit you as an individual.
You choose how to access learning opportunities: what, where and when, based around your work and lifestyle.
