Key Statistical Skills Surgeries (KSS) to Support Widening Participation in Psychology Student Population
Lack of key skills, particularly maths is a barrier to learning for non-traditional and under represented student groups, especially mature students and those from non tradition entry pathways.
This project supports students with ‘surgeries’ before their first quantitative lab report in the 1st year and before the statistical exam in the 2nd year at Thames Valley University (TVU).
