Developing your Business Competency Framework: a toolkit for SMEs
This is being created in consultation with QinetiQ, using their good practice as the basis for development of the toolkit.
It is also designed for use by undergraduate students, to create awareness of business needs and to prepare them for workplace competency assessment as part of workplace expectations.
