The toolkit item has been selected because this is something that adds value to them immediately; it is something many businesses are unlikely to have; it offers a conversation piece when meeting and greeting for new employer engagement; it is also a dual purpose toolkit that can be used for learners in the workplace as many are not familiar with setting themselves a competence benchmark.
