Progression Agreement: Human Resource Management Bridging Module

Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College (EHLWC), Uxbridge College and Thames Valley University (TVU) have signed a West London Lifelong Learning Network (WL LLN) Progression Agreement.

The signing of a Progression Agreement will formalise entry routes between partner organisations and specify a range of other options for learners who successfully complete the CPPD programme, to go on to a masters degree (eg HRM, MSc Project Management and other masters programmes).

Malcolm Harris, Lecturer in Business, TVU, said: “The overall philosophy and aims of the CPPD HRM qualification is to provide an opportunity for students to study a progressive programme that will prepare and phase them towards starting the Masters level HRM programme at TVU and other higher education management qualifications at our partnership colleges and at TVU.

“The student will acquire a 40 credit Higher Education Certificate spanning levels 4 – 6 with the proviso that the student will then progress onto Masters study at level 7 although the qualification can be used as a stand alone certificate in management studies or provide entry onto other HE progression courses.”
