Development of Foundation Degrees in Salon and Spa Management and Airport and Airline Management
Salon and Spa Management
This is a retail sub sector where most course delivery usually ends at NVQ Level 3.
There are currently no Foundation Degrees in operation in the London region.
A new Foundation Degree is being developed and the WL LLN is supporting this development through research and project support via development and ASN funding.
Airline and Airport Management
The completion of Terminal 5 and the redevelopment of Terminal East at Heathrow mean that employer demand for airport and airline ready staff is set to increase.
The WL LLN has delivered developmental funding, marketing support and ASN funding for this Foundation Degree.
In this, and all other WL LLN Foundation Degrees, we will ensure integrated progression from across our network partnerships.
