The South and West London Lifelong Learning Networks organised a successful IT Diploma workshop at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College on the 15th February.
The event brought together curriculum, admissions and Diploma Gateway representatives to explore ideas for HE / FE involvement in the 14-19 IT Diploma.
The ultimate aim is to develop Joint Network Progression Agreements and identify where Higher Education can play a role in supporting Diploma development.
Both Networks asked for project proposals that emphasize partnership working with IT Gateway consortia.
The deadline for submission is Friday 28 March and ideas will be evaluated by e-skills, LSC London West, and the South and West London Lifelong Learning Networks in early April.
