Exploring workforce development and learning needs of a future integrated workforce
This project will ensure that there is continuous HE, employer and workforce engagement in shaping the delivery and focus on an integrated health and social care workforce in the West London sub-region.
The project will set up a series of workshops/focus groups with health and social care employers in West London to identify current and future learning needs of the new ‘integrated’ health and social care agenda.
It will scope potential for new learning opportunities.
