Social Care: A New Agenda

Details of a West London Lifelong Learning Network co-funded event with the North West London Care Consortium (a sub-region of Skills for Care London) has now been finalised: Social Care – a New Agenda.
The event will take place on Tuesday 4 March 2008 at Wembley Plaza Hotel (adjacent to the new stadium), 9.15am to 4.00pm.
Presentations and workshops will include:
- News from CSCI
- Registration news from the GSCC
- Nutrition and its importance in social care
- Direct payments and individual budgets
- Staff supervision and support
- Learning Disability Forum
- National Minimum Dataset key findings
- Funding updates.
The event is free and a buffet lunch will be provided.
