Course Overview
The course is designed to provide a broad technical knowledge of all aspects of Building Services Engineering to allow the student to broaden their career prospects, to obtain an Honours Degree and, if they wish, to gain professional membership of a recognised professional body.

Assessment
The methods of assessment will vary between the subjects, but generally is determined by either course work, group and individual assignments, presentations and end tests of a practical and written nature.
Progression Route
Having successfully completed the Foundation Degree, the student can progress onto the final year of a full Honours Degree programme at London South Bank University, or head for their chosen career. Following the Honours Degree they may wish to gain membership of an appropriate professional body.
Entry Requirements
Students will have an NVQ Level 3, mature crafts background, an advanced qualifi cation or industrial experience.
Students are required to be gainfully employed within the construction industry.
