Dec 10, 2007
Institution: Thames Valley University
Awarding Body: Thames Valley University
Course Overview
All the evidence shows that the demand for skilled IT professionals is set to rise, and also that the number of newly qualifi ed entrants to the profession is in decline. So the need for existing IT staff to be trained is increasingly critical, but training is difficult to resource both in time and money.
In response Thames Valley University’s Institute for Information Technology (IIT) has been working with Microsoft to develop innovative, flexible and cost-effective solutions to IT training. For those working with IT systems – networking, PC support, help desk – then the Computer Systems Network Programme (CSNP) may provide the training solution.
