Course Overview
This qualifi cation is suited to students who are interested in furthering their career in business and management. It has been designed with the focus of widening participation into Higher Education and aims to encourage students from a variety of backgrounds to apply.
The student will benefi t from signifi cant employer involvement (including guest lectures), work experience, a focus on developing skills to boost employability and a progression route onto the third year of a university Honours Degree.

Assessment
Assessment will be through a combination of coursework and examination.
Progression Route
Most students use their FdA Business to enter into the third year of a full Honours Degree at the University of Westminster. The student could also sit a range of professional qualifications to enhance career prospects or go straight into employment within the fields of business, management and administration.
Entry Requirements
Relevant Level 3 qualifi cation in one of the following:
- BTEC National Diploma or Certifi cate
- Advanced GNVQ
- AVCE Double Award
- Access Qualifi cation
- 1 A Level or 2 AS Levels
