Course Overview

This Foundation Degree provides supervisory and junior management staff, in a variety of businesses and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to obtain a formal management qualification and to develop their effectiveness within the workplace, particularly in terms of managing and supervising their teams.

Progression Route

Students who successfully complete this course can go on to the final year of the BA (Hons) Business Studies course and thereby also obtain a Bachelors Degree.

Entry Requirements

This course is designed for those already in employment with some supervisory and junior management experience, who have the potential to benefit from higher education.

NVQ: Level 3, or equivalent.

GCE A/VCE: A Level points score of at least 40, eg 1 A/VCE A Level or 2 AS/VCE AS Levels, will be considered for admission to this course.

TVU welcomes applications from mature students with non-standard entry qualifications. Each applicant will be assessed on individual merit.

Study Options: 2 years, part time Ealing – Saturdays and
Reading – week days
Fees: £1590 for Year 1 on Saturday route, £1000 for Year 1 on Reading
week days
