Who is this for?
The session is aimed at staff who would like to: quickly and simply, produce professional interactive online learning activities for their learners. No technical expertise is required, but the session could be equally suitable for the IT literate.
Xerte Online Toolkits is a powerful suite of browser-based tools that allows anyone with a web browser to log on and create (and collaboratively create) interactive learning materials easily. Xerte provides around 30 templates for different types of content such as, video, audio, pictures and graphs, along with interactive pages like drag’n drop, quizes & MCQ. The interface is designed to be simple.
How will I be able to use what I learn?
When you have finished the course you should be able to produce a self contained, cohesive, object that takes a student 10-30 minutes to work through with clear learning outcomes.
How long is the session?
The session lasts 2 hours.
