The West London Lifelong Learning Network HE in FE Group is hosting its final workshop Assessment in HE.
The interactive workshop will provide a forum to debate the issues FE tutors experience when developing different approaches to teaching.
The workshop, developed to a Level 7 standard, will allow you to:
- Develop teaching and learning skills for HE
- Examine the issues FE tutors meet when teaching HE students
- Share good practice of HE in FECs
- Network with your peers
- Accumulate CPD hours.

HE in FEC Workshop: Assessment in HE
Debate and critically reflect on current HE approaches to assessment.
Critically evaluate and review the use of assessment and evaluation strategies in HE in:
- Award design
- Role design
- Commissioning processes.
The workshop will be delivered by Karen Sheehy, Professional Development Co-oridinator, School of Graduate Studies, Thames Valley University.
The workshops are free of charge.
