The Student Assessment and Classification Working Group [SACWG] is an informal group of academics and administrators who have a shared interest in aspects of assessment, including assessment criteria, grading, and the honours degree classification.
SACWG has run a number of seminars over the years, which have often been based on the grounded experience of participants.
SACWG has also contributed to the academic literature on assessment.
Professor Derek Longhurst, Chief Executive of Foundation Degree Forward, has agreed to give the keynote address.
