Closing Remarks

Clare Arnold, Area Director of London West LSC, pointed out that there was confusion with the different degrees and pathways.

There is a need to make parents understand the different routes and that some routes were more appropriate than others, it is about making sure what is best for the individual.

The key is to keep options open until you know what you want to do.

Evaluation

The workshop was attended by 17 delegates from schools and the Connexions services. Each delegate was given a copy of the West London Foundation Degree Directory.
The evaluation feedback was very positive with a good response for follow up workshops.
