What do we do?
We help develop Foundation Degrees and Continuing Professional Development qualifications with our academic partners to deliver flexible, responsive learning provision that promotes the workplace as a place of learning.
How we can help you?
We deliver added value to employers by:
- Providing impartial advice on which Foundation Degree or Continuing Professional Development course best suits your business and/or employee needs
- Developing higher level programmes that meet your needs for generic skills and specialist knowledge
- Ensuring that there are clearer routes to enter Higher Education for learners from non-traditional backgrounds
- Facilitating relations between employers and the Higher Education and Further Education sectors.
What is a Foundation Degree?
- Foundation Degrees are innovative, work-based academic qualifications
- Foundation Degrees are designed in partnership with employers to combine academic study with practical experience.
What is Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
- CPD programmes are short courses allowing individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for an effective working life
- CPD is an ongoing process that responds to the changing needs of an individual’s role
- CPD can act as a catalyst to meet qualification targets and tomorrow’s managerial challenges.
How can Foundation Degrees and CPD help your business?
